Cooling the product is the longest and most critical part of the solidification process. Internal cooling for blow molding increases productivity on the average of 30% and improves the quality of molded products. Material savings of up to 10% based upon the improvement in quality have been proven in most cases.

Complete systems including compressed air chillers such as the Blow Air Chiller (BAC) and the Blow Molding Booster (BMB), blow valve blocks and specially designed blow pins and blow needles work together to guarantee improvements in production.
